Most of the cost of a sign is setting the machine up. Once that is paid for by the first one, the rest come cheaper.

Questions people actually ask
What happens when my hours change?
Engraving is permanent — that is rather the point of it — so the honest answer is: you order a new plate. The trick is to keep the hours on their own small plate, separate from your name sign, so the part that changes is the small cheap one.
I have more than five lines of hours.
Five lines is our limit — past that nobody reads it from a doorstep anyway. Group the days ("Mon – Fri") rather than listing seven, and the whole week fits in three lines with room to breathe.
Door or window?
Both work. The self-adhesive pads hold on glass, uPVC and painted wood. Acrylic reads as glass and looks the part in a window; engraved plastic is the practical choice on the door. Every material here is rated for outdoors, so a south-facing door will not fade it.
What size reads from the pavement?
200 × 300 mm suits most doors. For a window seen from further back, go bigger and keep the wording short. The designer draws it to scale — measure the door panel and give us the millimetres.
