Who you are buying from

Hastor is a trading name of Augmun Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 13335266). Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, London, Greater London, WC2H 9JQ. You can reach us at hello@hastor.co.uk — that address is also where to send anything formal.

What we sell

Made-to-order signs, plaques, badges and labels, cut and engraved to the design you build in the browser: your material, your millimetres, your words. We engrave exactly what you type, so the wording and measurements you give us are your responsibility — though a person proofs every order before it is cut, and if something looks off we get in touch before making it. If you upload a logo, there is a one-off charge to redraw it for engraving, shown before you pay, and you must have the right to use any words or artwork you send us.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The price of your sign is shown live as you design it and confirmed at checkout; the delivery cost is shown at checkout too, before you pay.

Ordering and payment

Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify on its own secure domain. We receive your order, your contact details and the delivery address — not your card details. The contract is formed when we accept your order, which we do by starting to make it.

Cancelling and returns

Because almost everything we sell is personalised — made to your specification or clearly personalised — it is exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once your sign has been made, we cannot take it back because you have changed your mind. Ready-made, stocked items are different: for those you have the full 14-day right to cancel. Either way, if we got your order wrong or it arrives damaged, we remake it — our mistake, our cost. The whole policy is set out in returns & remakes.

If something is faulty

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if what you receive is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund. That applies to every order, personalised or not, and nothing in these terms reduces it.

These terms

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute belongs to the courts of England and Wales — though we would much rather you emailed us first, because nearly everything can be sorted with a remake or a refund.
